What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, in English and in Spanish.

What's in place

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone
• Images carry text descriptions
• Text and buttons keep strong contrast against their backgrounds
• Form fields have labels, and errors are described in words
• Text can be enlarged without breaking the layout

Known gaps

Some older documents we link to may not be fully accessible. If you can't use one, tell us and we will send it in another form.

Meeting in person

Tell us what would make a visit easier, such as a meeting at your home, a video call or a larger-print copy of an agreement, and we will arrange it.
